What Youll Do:
- Make outbound calls to customers to follow up on inquiries and provide product information.
- Build trust and rapport by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Document interactions accurately to keep track of customer feedback and engagement milestones.
- Collaborate with your team to share insights and strategies that enhance the customer experience.
- Be a proactive problem solver addressing customer concerns with confidence and empathy.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in outbound customer service or sale is a plus.
- Outstanding communication skills that show your ability to connect with customers.
- Strong listening skills and a genuine interest in helping others.
- Proficiency with computer technology and ability to multitask across different software systems.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to team dynamics.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment where you thrive under pressure and adapt quickly to change.
