Job Description

Seeking a full-time senior quantitative data analyst for the Center for Healthcare Organization and Implementation Research (CHOIR) in the VA Boston Healthcare System (Department of Veterans Affairs). The senior data analyst will use T-SQL/SAS/R/Stata to extract data from VA administrative data sources (e.g. Corporate Data Warehouse Vista Web MCA/DSS VA Vital status files) in support of research and operations projects at CHOIR. Main responsibilities include the use of statistical (e.g. SAS R Stata) and database (e.g. T-SQL) computer programs to construct and manage datasets and databases. Additional responsibilities include creating and deploying web-based surveys using REDCap or similar packages creating and implementing statistical analysis plans and contributing to publications proposals and presentations.

Required Skills

  • BS/BA Required
  • MS/MPH Preferred
