Job Description

Job Title:Team Leader Children Residential Home
Reports To: Registered Manager
Location: Wakefield WK1
Salary: Upto 33000 inclusive of bounce
Monthly Attendance Bonus: 150 per month
Hours: 37.5 Hours Per Week Monday to Sunday 3 Shifts Per Week
Sleeps / Working Nights: Working Nights

Career Progression:
Additionally you will be enrolled in a fast-track Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership in Health and Social Care for Children. This qualification combined with paid study leave will equip you with the necessary expertise to excel as a Registered Manager.
Entry Requirements:
Must have Level 3 in Residential in Children and Young People or equivalent. Experience leading a team shift for 12 months.
Minimum 2 years of experience working with children/young people in a residential setting.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Genuine passion for working with children and promoting their welfare.
Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
Willingness to undergo training and professional development.
DOLS experience.
Positive behaviour management training/understanding.
Knowledge of the Childrens Home Regulations and Ofsted Requirements.
A driving licence.

Salary of 27300 - 31200 which equates to 14.00 - 16.00 per hour Monthly attendance bonus (150).
