What Youll Be Doing
- Driving new business growth and achieving sales targets
- Identifying and converting new opportunities into long-term customers
- Turning packaging challenges into creative solutions
- Deepening relationships with existing clients and expanding product use
- Representing our brand with confidence and professionalism
- Exploring new markets and staying ahead of industry trends
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and providing technical product support
What You Bring
- At least 5 years experience in account management and solution-based selling
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in selling to packaging distributors
- A strategic mindset with a passion for solving customer challenges
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in FMCG packaging or print is a bonusbut not essential
- A proactive energetic attitude and a team-first mindset
- Experience using Salesforce
