Are you organised hands-on and passionate about drinks Join the team behind the scenes at WSET School London where youll help deliver exceptional learning experiences through expert resource coordination and stock management.
From selecting the perfect wine samples for a beginner class to ensuring the right spirits are ready for advanced tastings youll play a vital role in making sure every session runs smoothly and professionally. This is a practical varied role where your attention to detail and enthusiasm for efficiency will truly shine. Your responsibilities will include:
Sample & Resource Management
- Picking and preparing drinks samples for courses exams and events
- Ensuring all products are in excellent condition and ready to be served
- Keeping accurate stock records highlighting low stock and coordinating restocks.
- Preparing detailed picking lists wine lists and supporting materials.
- Receiving and organising deliveries ensuring everything is in its right place
Cellar & Classroom Support
- Maintaining the wine cellar including stock rotation and cleanliness
- Setting up classrooms to a high standard across all course levels
- Cleaning and restocking classrooms and the prep room (glassware food storage etc.)
- Supporting educators and team members with resource-related queries or needs
Exam & Event Operations
- Supporting the setup and delivery of both onsite and offsite exams
- Preparing and managing event resources in line with specific requirements
- Setting up rooms for tastings talks and corporate events
- Acting as a reliable point of support during events ensuring smooth delivery

Essential Skills
- Solid stock management experience including systems and record keeping
- Experience supporting operational or event delivery
- Basic wine knowledge (and a desire to expand into spirits sake and beer)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Word
Desirable Skills
- WSET qualifications (or working toward one)
- Experience using a CRM system
- Broader drinks knowledge especially spirits beer and sake
