Job Title: Patient Financial Services Manager
Job Location: Plentywood MT

- Job Description:
Responsible for the overall revenue cycle process from patient registration insurance verification and coding to billing payment posting and collections. - Ensures compliance with healthcare regulations including HIPAA CMS guidelines and payer-specific billing requirements.
- Manage relationships with insurance payers to negotiate contracts and ensure a timely response.
- Train and mentor revenue cycle staff ensuring compliance with best practices and industry standards.
- Works closely with clinical financial and administrative teams to align revenue strategies with patient care.
- Housing provided by facility.
