Job Description
- Make outbound calls to businesses from pre-assigned datasets
- Gather comprehensive shipping profiles including:
- Shipment volumes and destinations
- Current shipping providers and rates
- Frequency and type of shipments (domestic international express freight etc.)
- Any pain points or issues with current logistics providers
- Identify and capture full details of decision-makers and influencers in the shipping process.
- Request and log any example pricing or quotes from the prospect if available.
- Record all information accurately in the agreed lead profile format and CRM/system.
- Ensure each lead meets quality standards before passing it to the sales team.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism product knowledge and rapport-building on all calls.
- Meet daily and weekly targets for calls profiles completed and qualified leads passed.
- Provide feedback on data quality script effectiveness and customer responses.
Requirements
- Proven experience in telemarketing telesales customer service or lead generation (B2B preferred).
- Confident and articulate telephone manner.
- Strong listening questioning and data-capturing skills.
- Experience with CRMs or data entry platforms is desirable.
- Ability to handle objections and build interest over the phone.
- Self-motivated target-driven and organised
