Job Description

Job Title: Area Sales Manager Hearing Aids & Audiological Equipment
Locations: Jaipur
Working Area: Respective State & Neighboring Regions
Reports To: Regional Sales Manager (West/South/East/North Region)

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets (Revenue ASP Collections DSO).
  • Expand market share by onboarding dealers distributors and dispensing agents in the assigned region.
  • Penetrate hospitals ENT clinics audiology centers and government tenders
Stakeholder Management:
  • Build strong relationships with ENT doctors audiologists hospitals and NGOs.
  • Conduct product demos CMEs (Continuing Medical Education) and training sessions.
Market Intelligence & Strategy:
  • Track competitor activity pricing trends and market dynamics.
  • Submit actionable reports and collaborate with HQ to implement winning strategies.
Operational Efficiency:
  • Ensure timely order fulfillment collections and after-sales support.
  • Maintain CRM records and sales pipelines.


Requirements

Qualifications & Skills
Education:
  • Diploma/Degree in Electronics/Biomedical Engineering or Any Graduate (MBA in Marketing preferred).
  • Experience:
  • 4 5 years in medical device/equipment/pharma sales (hearing aids/ENT diagnostics preferred).
  • Proven expertise in handling doctors hospitals and dealer networks in the respective region.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel PPT) CRM tools and market analytics.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent negotiation communication and strategic planning abilities.
