Job Description
Job Title: Area Sales Manager Hearing Aids & Audiological Equipment
Locations: Jaipur
Working Area: Respective State & Neighboring Regions
Reports To: Regional Sales Manager (West/South/East/North Region)
Industry: Medical Devices / Diagnostic Equipment

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
- Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets (Revenue ASP Collections DSO).
- Expand market share by onboarding dealers distributors and dispensing agents in the assigned region.
- Penetrate hospitals ENT clinics audiology centers and government tenders
Stakeholder Management:
- Build strong relationships with ENT doctors audiologists hospitals and NGOs.
- Conduct product demos CMEs (Continuing Medical Education) and training sessions.
Market Intelligence & Strategy:
- Track competitor activity pricing trends and market dynamics.
- Submit actionable reports and collaborate with HQ to implement winning strategies.
Operational Efficiency:
- Ensure timely order fulfillment collections and after-sales support.
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipelines.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
- Diploma/Degree in Electronics/Biomedical Engineering or Any Graduate (MBA in Marketing preferred).
- Experience:
- 4 5 years in medical device/equipment/pharma sales (hearing aids/ENT diagnostics preferred).
- Proven expertise in handling doctors hospitals and dealer networks in the respective region.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel PPT) CRM tools and market analytics.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent negotiation communication and strategic planning abilities.
