Description
Looking for an organized and versatile Business Process Analyst with experience in RevOps and Finance process areas (QTC S2P R2R Projects). This position sits within the Run-the-business (RTB) group within the Finance Transformation Business Process team. This person will work closely with the various finance stakeholders (operations leadership SMEs international teams SOX teams etc. and IT teams to lead various run-the-business bug feature and enhancement requests within the CRM CPQ CLM and ERP system. This analyst understands stakeholder needs how to collect and build a business case negotiate with stakeholders of varying levels and influence and advocate for their projects against a backdrop of competing priorities. The analyst will also need to attend scrum calls with development teams and help build UAT test cases and facilitate UAT testing. The candidate needs to be able to use professional judgment to manage their time and stakeholder expectations and push for progress with the relevant IT teams. The candidate needs to be comfortable with a workload that can cover many different functional areas stakeholders and points in the process all at once. Familiarity with Salesforce Conga CPQ Docusign CLM and Oracle Cloud ERP is helpful. This position also provides real-time support for the facilitation of quote approval and quote conversion should CPQ hiccups cause friction in the process for a particular deal. The ideal candidate must be able to use a collaborative professional and service-oriented approach to interacting with these business partners with strong communication skills and interpersonal skills. This candidate will primarily focus on the Opportunity/Quote to Cash process.
Responsibilities:
Build relationships with Finance stakeholders to understand their requests needs and desires
Ability to hear/see a problem and translate those pain points into an enhancement or bug request and collect and condense the relevant details
Host meetings with Finance stakeholders and other cross-functional business partners to prioritize various enhancement requests
Monitor relevant enhancements in Jira ServiceNow and Slack channels
Understand complex business challenges and transcribe them into easy to comprehend technical requirements
Collaborates with the IT team and other cross-functional systems teams during the design implementation and testing phases of technical work
Navigate within the Salesforce CLM and Oracle UI in production and sandboxes to understand pain points and hiccups. The ability to navigate the systems is important to grab relevant screenshots ask pointed questions and support UAT testing
Prepares user training documents and delivers user training or collaborates with change management colleagues when appropriate
Manages their workload independently but remains organized and communicative to provide updates attend team calls highlight risks and raise escalations as appropriate

Understanding of sales operations contracting Finance (QTC P2P/S2P/R2R Projects & Fixed Assets) general business operations and internal controls;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as internal personal skills
Familiarity with business practices and cultures across multiple international regions
Strong organizational and business analysis skills; detail-oriented and able to work independently multi-task and manage smaller scale projects
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources identify gaps decompose high-level information into details and drive decision-making
Team player flexible and able to resolve conflicts and work with global teams
Experience in working with frameworks guidelines and process flows as opposed to explicit instructions
Ability to use Google Workspace Zoom Slack Jira
Ability to navigate within the Salesforce Docusign CLM and Oracle ERP apps
Education and Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field
5 years of progressive experience as a process analyst/business system analyst/transformation analyst doing functional work within a business Finance team
Experience in business transformational projects/programs globally
Experience in SaaS based companies required
Knowledge of CRM and CPQ systems required
Process improvement and project management certifications are a bonus
