Job Title - Workday HR Testing Specialist
Location - PAN India
Experience - 5- 10 Years
Notice - Immediate to 15 days
Requirements:
We are seeking a highly skilled Workday HR Testing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in testing Workday HR modules and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of HR processes within the Workday system.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough testing of Workday HR modules including Core HR Benefits Payroll and Talent Management.
- Develop and execute test plans test cases and test scripts for Workday HR functionalities.
- Identify document and track defects and issues ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to understand requirements and provide testing support.
- Perform E2E testing regression tests and validate system responses.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures through rigorous testing.
- Provide training and support to HR users on Workday functionalities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience in Workday HR module testing.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and Workday system functionalities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
