Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving the business objectives of the retail liabilities sales team for the branch and meet the value volume and channel Productivity metrics.
- In depth knowledge of CASA fixed deposits and third party products.
- Ensuring sales channel productivity
- Ensuring that the sales channel is aware of and adheres to all regulatory requirements and guidelines such as Know Your Customer (KYC) Anti Money Laundering (AML) etc. at all times
- Rendering Excellent Customer Service and needs are understood and met through the various financial product offerings of the bank.
- Ensure that sales channel is adequately trained on the products of the bank and sales processes and highly motivated and engaged at all times.
- Formulating and implementation of sales and service strategies.
- Coordination between all the Sales Supports Departments.
- The position holder is expected to delineate his key performance Indicators down the line among his team members and take a periodic review of performance achieved undertake variance analysis & revisiting action plans whenever required.
- Any other activity as assigned from time to time to enhance the Branch / Banks positioning and profitability.
Candidates Profile:
- Strong communication skills leadership skills result orientation inter-personal skills and service orientation
- Knowledge of the local geography and language will be an added advantage.
- Skilled in new business development sales channel development team management and revenue generation.
