Roles and Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategy across digital platforms brand-building initiatives and content development. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a strong background in digital marketing social media handling and event management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the marketing team ensuring clear communication goal alignment and high performance.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn Instagram etc.
- Own social media content planning and growing the brands online presence and engagement.
- Strategize coordinate and manage marketing-led events partnerships and offline activations to amplify brand reach.
- Oversee website revamp projects ensuring alignment with brand identity and user experience standards.
- Track measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns metrics and optimize based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align marketing goals with overall business objectives
Candidate Profle :
The ideal candidate will have 5 7 years of experience in marketing with a proven track record in leading teams scaling digital presence and driving brand engagement through both online and offline channels
- Strong expertise in: Digital Marketing (SEO performance marketing email campaigns)
- Social Media Strategy & Management (Instagram LinkedIn)
- Event Management (online and offline events brand awareness community engagement)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
- 5 7 years of experience in marketing with at least 2 years in managerial role.
Having experience in Banking/NBFC is Preferable. Speaking Hindi will be added advantage.
