Construction Project Manager - MEP

AECOM Hunt has an exciting opportunity for a seasoned MEP Project Manager to join our team in Indianapolis IN.

• Provides overall management administration to project and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies. 
• Provides technical direction and guidance to subordinate managers enforces company and project policies maintains close client interface and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design budget and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors. 
• Position has significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned construction project.

Qualifications :

Minimum Requirements:

• BA/BS Engineering Construction Management or related curriculum and 4 years of construction Project Management experience or AA/AS and 8 years of relevant experience or HS/GED or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Preferred Requirements: 

• Demonstrated proficiency in construction documentation including Request for Information (RFI) Request for Proposal (RFP) submittals and change order management.
• Proven ability in subcontractor oversight and management ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Comprehensive knowledge and substantial experience in MEP construction including expert interpretation of MEP construction drawings.
• Advanced understanding of construction work schedules and sequences with a proven track record in risk anticipation and results delivery.
• Expert-level competency in Microsoft Office suite including Word Excel Outlook and Teams.
• Construction experience in:

  • Healthcare
  • Airport/Aviation
  • High Rise
