Job Description Summary
This position will support the installation maintenance and repair of production and facilities equipment. Provides technical support to department for repairs maintains weekly/monthly KPIs and works in CMMS to ensure accuracy of planned or completed work.Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure that PSM covered equipment repairs are completed compliantly with necessary documentation. Proposes plans for preventive maintenance and corrective action.
- Tracks department KPIs and acts as CMMS data integrity leader. Drives to supplement or enhance CMMS data to provide greater detail and transparency.
- Utilizes previous experience to track down technical data and solutions in support of department objectives. Collaborates with internal and external sources to resolve technical issues.
- Creates reports and dashboards in CMMS in support of all departments sitewide.
- Acts as backup for Facilities Specialist as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years industrial maintenance or reliability experience
- Minimum of 3 years industrial manufacturing experience
Desired Characteristics
- Engineering Degree from Accredited University or College and 5 years experience in a PSM Manufacturing Environment or 10 years experience in a PSM Manufacturing Environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in teams and influence others.
- Experience working in a CMMS
- Proficiency in MS Office applications. This role will utilize MS Excel extensively.
- Ability to apply technical knowledge for maintenance applications such as torque values gasket requirements etc.
- Experience using Maximo to analyze work orders modify PMs and extract data for KPI reporting purposes.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Lean/Six Sigma Certifications or Experience
- Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) Certification
