Job Description
Position: PPC Specialist
Location: Limassol Cyprus
Work model: on site (2 days WFH per week upon passing the probation period)
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan create and manage PPC campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance in real time and optimize for quality traffic and lead/acquisition goals.
- Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights through detailed reporting.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to request or brief ad assets and materials.
- Manage campaign budgets audience targeting bidding strategies and run A/B tests to enhance performance.
- Ensure all campaigns comply with advertising standards and platform-specific regulations.
- Identify and scale successful campaigns while managing acquisition costs efficiently.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in English (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in PPC or digital performance marketing preferably in sectors such as finance tech or online services.
- Demonstrated ability to drive high-quality converting traffic in a digital retail or e-commerce environment.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Digital Media Data Analytics or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
- Industry-recognized certifications (e.g. Google Ads Meta Blueprint) are highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising tools platforms and best practices.
- Proficiency in campaign performance metrics (e.g. CTR CPA ROAS conversion rates).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions quickly.
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
- Able to perform under pressure in fast-paced and results-driven environments.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across department.
