Senior Business Systems Analyst
Juno Beach Florida
12-month contract
Overview of the Role:
Join our clients dynamic IT team as a Senior Business Systems Analyst and play a pivotal role in modernizing critical business applications. Youll lead the technical transformation from on-premises systems to cloud solutions while ensuring seamless operations for Corporate Business Units. This role combines technical expertise with business acumen offering the opportunity to solve complex challenges and drive innovation in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical upgrades and cloud migration of mission-critical applications
- Serve as primary liaison between business units and IT teams
- Provide first-tier functional and technical support to end users
- Execute SQL scripts for data management and system troubleshooting
- Administer Windows servers and support Linux-based applications
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance and system security
- Analyze application logs and resolve complex technical issues
- Support QA testing processes and create comprehensive documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong business process understanding across corporate functions
- Proven experience with application SSO integration
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (Power BI MS Power Apps)
- Experience with Windows infrastructure SQL Oracle databases
- Knowledge of cybersecurity applications and security protocols
- Agile methodology experience
- SOX compliance and change management expertise
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
