How you will make contributions that matter.
- Work with plant management and other supervisory staff to assign direct review and monitor the work of supervised staff to maintain operational efficiency.
- Oversee the daily activities of Production Coordinators providing guidance and support and support training to end users.
- Direct the planning and scheduling of daily department operations to maximize the use of personnel.
- Recommend changes to manufacturing processes to maintain operation efficiency minimize waste improve efficiency and reduce operating costs.
- Lead communication programs within your team including shift pass-downs feedback exchanges with the shop floor and coordination with finance.
- Serve as a key liaison across multiple departments effectively communicating and collaborating with all levels of management including operations production accounting and supervisory teams to ensure alignment and seamless workflow integration.
- Ensure timely review and closure of process orders by running various reports through SAP.
- Monitor and ensure correct system goods issue (GI) and documentation of ingredients and raw materials.
- Ensure correct system goods receipt (GR) and documentation of output materials.
- Work with stakeholders to track down and rectify entry errors.
- Ensure packaging and other non-batch managed materials are correctly backflushed through each process order.
- Conduct post-processing of faulty goods movements (backflush errors) and communicate errors to logistics.
- Ensure all movements are confirmed corrected and balanced before closing appropriate process orders.
- Collaborate with the shop floor to ensure efficient and accurate warehouse tasks and material movements. This includes validating SAP transactions reconciling Production Supply Areas (PSA) and conducting regular inter-sift validations of SAP transactions.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to meet performance objectives.
- Support all manufacturing process areas including Production and Scale Fusion along with
- Support in-depth system and process knowledge transfer and training for production based on curriculum provided by Production Operations and divisional training teams.
- Update in-plant training documentation for SAP manufacturing processes.
- Support Plant Operational Master Data Management (OMDM) and keep it up to date.
- Process and documentation change request support and management reporting of operations metrics.
- Conduct KPI reviews tracking and reporting of SAP metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to meet performance objectives.
You Are Best Suited For The Role If You Have the Following Experiences Skills and Qualifications.
- A minimum of three years of supervisor level experience in a food manufacturing/packaging environment.
- A minimum of an Associates degree in Operations Management or equivalent experience.
- Ability to define problems collect data establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices and Proficient with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions SAP preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and computer-based applications; along with Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
- Strong team player and leader with ability to work across multiple functions and disciplines.
- Ability to select lead coach influence motivate develop engage and retain a team of employees.
- Ability to understand cost containment and budgetary principles.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends in support of plant operations.
- Demonstrate professionalism and positively represents and promotes Saputo at all times.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment which includes but not limited to noise changing temperatures (hot wet cold humid) standing/walking/bending/stooping/climbing stairs maneuvering around manufacturing equipment consistently throughout the shift.
- Physical lifting ability up to 40-lbs unassisted frequently throughout the shift.

Salary Range: $70000-$93000 annually depending on skillset and experience
