Job Description
Facility: North Memorial Health
Location: Golden Valley MN
Duration: 13 Weeks (Temp to Perm)
Shift: 1:00 PM 7:30 AM Weekends by Rotation Occasional On-Call
Pay Rate: $32/hr (W2) $34/hr (1099) - (No overtime/holiday multipliers)
EMR System: Epic
- Supervise and support the daily activities of patient registration staff during night shifts.
- Monitor Epic work queues and ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Support regulatory compliance by keeping staff informed of changes in payer or policy requirements.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop implement and maintain divisional policies procedures and training resources.
- Analyze team performance and workflow efficiency; generate reports on key metrics.
- Recruit develop and retain top talent while ensuring optimal staff scheduling and productivity.
- Partner with other departments to streamline front-end operations and promote service excellence.
- High school diploma or equivalent Required
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Healthcare or related field Preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting Required
- Proven front-end point of service experience in patient access or registration Required
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Required
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills Required
- Experience working in a unionized environment Preferred
- Proficiency with Epic EMR Highly Preferred
- Local candidates preferred. No housing/travel stipends included.
