About The Role
Brandt is looking for a motivated and capable individual to join our dynamic Settlements and Rental team. Reporting to the Settlements & Rental Manager this position plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations across the Brandt Group of Companies.
- Lead the daily operations of the settlements and rental functions
- Hire train and supervise team members to ensure strong performance and development
- Set team goals and strategies to effectively manage responsibilities and workloads
- Complete employee performance reviews and provide regular feedback to foster growth and a positive work culture
- Audit whole goods transactions to ensure they meet OEM program requirements and supplier guidelines
- Monitor and review account reconciliations related to whole goods invoicing
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
About You
Youre highly organized detail-focused and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You bring a solid understanding of accounting principles and have a proactive solution-oriented mindset. Youll also bring the following strengths:
