- Proficiency in developing and managing a comprehensive knowledge base for advancing customer education.
- Experience with customer onboarding processes to ensure smooth product adoption. (Mandatory skill)
- Ability to create and deliver engaging product demonstrations tailored for diverse audiences. (Mandatory skill)
- Competence in writing clear and concise support articles catering to user needs.
- Expertise in producing instructional videos that facilitate easy learning.
- Strong presentation skills to effectively convey educational content to customers.
- Experience in delivering comprehensive training sessions and workshops for varied clients.
- Deep understanding of knowledge management to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to elucidate features and benefits.

- Regularly update the knowledge base with the latest information and user guides.
- Collaborate with the product team to ensure educational materials are aligned with the latest updates.
- Provide timely support to address customer queries and training needs.
