Job Description
Location: Mons Area
Work Mode: 100% On-Site
Job Characteristics:
These positions will be responsible for the oversight of email medium and large single or multi site customer contract operations on a day to day basis. They provide the leadership (planning scheduling coordinating assigning) and oversight using the O&M techniques ensuring that all the contract terms conditions requirements are met in a technically appropriate and cost-effective manner. Oversight mediums to large single customer operations on a day-to-day basis running commercial/industrial wastewater treatment plants or potable water distribution facilities.
Processes oversight: Primarily Wastewater Treatment Systems processing (preparing or overseeing) with some Water Multi treatment. Responsible to ensure that assigned O&M projects are managed effectively and comply with contractual obligations; maintain compliance and profitability requirements.
Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationship with sales force management and customers; work with Regional Managers to meet the day-to-day O&M requirements.
Plan develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency meant meet the agreed contractual performance standards for each project under their control.
Manage 3 10 direct reports with operational budget of 12 million dollars.
Education/Work Experience:
35 years experience in the operations and maintenance of wastewater or water systems;
25 years experience as managing / supervisor is required;
Valid Wastewater treatment license as required by job location Experience in managing multi site or operations.
Associates degree or higher is experience in Wastewater.
Fluency inEnglish and Frenchis mandatory
Availability to work full-time on site in the Mons area
Independence Level/Reports to:
Moderate to high independence accountable for meeting annual objectives of contracts under their control within operating budgets set forth by Regional Manager.
Reports to Regional O&M Manager/Regional O&M Director.
Reports to Site Manager.
