This is a permanent role with a hybrid work arrangement.
Reporting to the Payroll Team Leader you will be responsible for the timely and accurate setup and maintenance of employee records for all Downer employees. This includes processing new hires employee transfers and updates to employee details.
The role requires strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve payroll issues raised through the Customer Support System along with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to ensure desirable outcomes.
