Under the direction of the Regional Vice President in cooperation and collaboration with the Assisted Living Team theClinical Manager Assisted Livingwill provide leadership as well as clinical management to assist the resident in maintaining the highest level of independence possible. Direct the overall management of Assisted Living in accordance with current federal state and local standards guidelines and regulations established policies and procedures and as may be directed. Provides professional nursing care to the organizations residents as prescribed by the physician and/or requested by the residents family and in compliance with the states Nurse Practice Act any applicable licensure/certification requirements and the organizations policies and procedures. Supervises the day-to-day activities of the community and ensures that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
