Overview
The Enrollment Coordinator works to support the Office of Admissions in its efforts to meet the enrollment goals each year through marketing and recruitment and the enrollment process.

- Practicing Catholic and fluency in a second language are preferred. A person who can embrace service within a faith-filled environment is required.
- Exceptional attention to detail. You are organized and can perform detailed work efficiently with a high level of accuracy.

- Independent worker and problem solver. You are resourceful proactive and take initiative
What You Will Do
- Screen incoming calls with prompt and efficient customer service and provide information on the phone and in person.
- With discretion and confidentiality prepare read and analyze incoming email and document submissions; conduct document imaging; file and retrieve institutional documents records and reports.
- Use Ravenna admissions software as a resource to receive and maintain applicant information monitor student application checklist items and statuses and conduct queries.
- Moderate the Ambassador for Christ Corps program.
- Coordinate the shadow student program.
- Enrollment events support.
- Conduct campus tours.
- Some evening and weekend work may be required. Must be flexible to perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Skills/Qualifications:
- College degree and at least 3 years of related work experience. Previous experience working in a Catholic high school is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills especially in communicating with prospective families and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Google Suite Adobe General Database Knowledge and Canva is required
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to remain in an office at a computer workstation and access information from a computer and use a telephone. The employee is required to be mobile to from and within the office as well as maneuver throughout the parish/school facility to attend meetings briefings and other work-related events. The employee may be required to conduct trips to from and within various city and county-wide locations to attend meetings or events. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
