Client Care / Sales and Marketing Coordinator for Aldersgate at Home
This position will generate and manage referrals; build and maintain relationships with referral sources such as hospitals physicians senior living communities and social workers to drive new client inquiries and increase admissions;develop and execute marketing strategies; plan and implement targeted marketing campaignsboth digital and in-personto raise brand awareness and promote services; this may include managing the agencys online presence creating promotional materials and organizing community events or presentations; conduct client consultations and follow-ups; meet with prospective clients and their families to explain services assess needs and guide them through the intake process; follow up consistently to nurture leads and convert inquiries into active clients.
