The Marketing Director Mission:
Reporting to our CMO youll inspire and guide the Strategy Activations and Social teams shaping how A&M comes to life. Youll craft moments that connect us deeply with our communities blending creative spark with commercial focus to lead campaigns that energise our people elevate our brand and drive meaningful impact.
How youll drive success:
- Shape and lead brand storytelling across campaigns PR partnerships influencers and social - bringing A&M to life in ways that inspire connect and resonate with our communities.
- Inspire grow and empower a talented team nurturing creativity innovation and a shared sense of purpose.
- Drive growth with impact owning budgets and ROI across the UK & EMEA while guiding US brand activity until the team is fully established.
- Champion cross-functional collaboration partnering with Product Retail and Omni-Channel Growth teams to create seamless memorable customer experiences.
- Steer global campaigns and activations ensuring theyre both powerful worldwide and thoughtfully tailored to local markets.
- Build cultural relevance developing partnerships and influencer strategies that ignite conversation and spark movements
- Measure what matters tracking performance optimising strategies and translating brand activity into real sales and long-term growth.

- Intro & Values Chat - a 15 min video call with our Head of Talent Acquisition to learn more about you and discuss our core values
- Life Story & Values Interview - a 45 min video call with our CPO for you to get know each other better talk through your journey and dive deeper into our core values
- Experience Interview - an interview with our Founder & CEO to discuss your skill-set and experience for the role
- Final Interview - 1 hour in person task interview to complete and present to our CMO and Founder & CEO
