The Raytheon Connected Factory Intelligence team is seeking an experienced Product Owner. The Product Owner will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of software products that align with the organizations strategic goals. The candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between the products vision and its execution by creating a detailed backlog of user stories working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements define features and ensure successful product delivery. This role will be a critical technical liaison between the 3 manufacturing sectors. The ideal candidate should possess experience in seamlessly integrating solutions across various sites.

This position is an ONSITE role at either our Andover MA; Forest MS; McKinney TX; Tucson AZ sites

What You Will Do

• Develop a concept of operations on how theproduct shouldfunction and definespecific productfeatures
• Product backlog management: create Product definitions features and capabilities based on customer requirements define the product backlogand createactionable userstories for thedevelopmentteams
• Design products with a focus on cost-effectiveness and rapid time-to-market across different sectors
• Product delivery: Participate in spring plannings reviews and retrospectives and act as the voice of the customer within the development team
• Develop product launch plans and marketing strategies
• Monitor product adoption and usage metrics
• Gather customer feedback and usage metrics and monitor products performance KPIs
• Responsible for Products documentation
• Expected to Travel 25% of the time.

What You Will Learn

• Advanced skills in prioritizing tasks and features based on business value and strategic objectives
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders including customers executives and development teams
• Ability to analyze product data to identify trends measure performance and make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a bachelors in science Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM preferred)
• 10 years relevant professional experience with at least 4 years of experience with Industry 4.0 and Smart Factory technologies
• Demonstrated experience in ability of bridging the gap between a products vision and its successful delivery across multiple businesses while working with cross-functional teams.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
• Must be willing and able to travel domestically up to 25% of the time

Qualifications We Prefer

• 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role
• Expertise in Agile methodologies with experience in developing features stories and backlog management (Scrum Kanban etc.)
• Experience with Product management tools (Jira DevOps etc.)
• Experience with software development lifecycle and software development methodologies
• Knowledge of user experience *UX) and user interface (UI) design principles
• Experience with data analysis and reporting
• Certification in Agile methodologies (Certified Scrum Product Owner)
• Experience with transition to production of software products
• Continuous improvement/growth quality and analytical mindset

This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS) an agency of the Department of Defense handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. The salary range for this role is 124000 USD - 250000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including but not limited to individual performance business unit performance and/or the companys performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
