As aSenior Journey Architect for Cloud - AI Data & Analytics you will be 100% dedicated to supportingclients through transformational cloud journeys with a primary focus on Microsoft and Azure-based architectures. Youwill help drive strategic outcomes across traditional datacenters hybrid cloud environments and modern cloud-native solutions.
Your role is to serve as a trusted technical advisordesigning scalable secure and data-driven solutions that accelerate adoption of AI services advanced analytics and modern data platforms. While your expertise in Microsoft technologies will anchor your approach experience across AWS and Google Cloud is equally valuable as Softchoice engages clients with diverse multi-cloud needs.
As part of the team you represent the forefront of Softchoices services capabilityconnecting deep architectural knowledge with real-world execution to deliver high-impact results across some of WWTs most strategic enterprise accounts.

What youll do:
Showcase your growth mindset by seeking to understand our customers business challenges first and then designing a solution that best achieves the end goal.
Collaborate with Professional Services engineers and other Journey Architects to develop complex solutions across multiple platforms and technologies.
Bring people together by acting as a bridge between our sales team and our customers. Share up-to-date insights on the latest productivity solutions from Amazon.
Formulate creative approaches to address business challenges present and host workshops with business leaders and translate technical jargon into laymans language.
Challenge customers by using your skills insight and experience to help our customers see what it takes to do the right things versus simply doing things right. Confidently challenge their beliefs with well-researched tailored insights to spotlight your innovative ways of generating solutions that maximize outcomes.
Create an excellent experience for our customers and your internal stakeholders with adaptable communications skills that foster a collaborative environment.
Document the agreed-upon solution through well-written thoughtful and detailed proposal that lead to statements of work that demonstrate your maturity wisdom and professionalism.
What youll bring to the table:
Technical background with 7 years of industry experience
You experience great delight in empowering organizations with the technology they want and need to grow their business.
You are always curious about new technologies and how they impact our customers business.
You have a knack for guiding people to the right solution while making them feel it was their decision all along.
You make people feel heard and important regardless of their rank through your inclusive communication skills whether written or verbal.
Strong technical expertise in AI data & analytics technologies including machine learning deep learning natural language processing (NLP) and data warehousing solutions.
Familiarity with large language models and their potential applications in various business contexts.
Comfortable working with engineering teams to develop solutions in the following technology areas. You are eager to learn and willing to ramp up in any areas where you may not have prior experience
Have 5 years of presales experience in the below:
Data Technologies across Azure AWS & Google
AI and Machine Learning Technologies across Azure AWS & Google
Copilot Studio
AWS Bedrock
Google Cloud Vertex AI
Cloud-based Analytics platforms like:
Power BI
Looker
Tableau
Snowflake
Cloud and Infrastructure across Azure AWS & Google
Business transformation concepts and strategies
Cloud security
Formal sales training or Account Management experience is an asset.
