We help our clients maximize the value of their SAP investment by managing the support and continuous transformation of their solutions in the areas of sales finance supply chain engineering manufacturing and human capital

As an Associate youll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients.
Contribute to the development of your own and teams technical acumen.
Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.
Adherence to SLAs experience in incident management change management and problem management.
Develop new skills and strategies to solve complex technical challenges.
Assist in the management and delivering of large projects.
Act to resolve issues which prevent the team working effectively.
Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues.
Continue to develop internal relationships and the PwC brand.
Build a strong team environment that includes client interactions workstream management and cross-team collaboration.
Actively engage in cross competency work and contribute to COE activities.
Demonstrating project management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while being detail oriented.
Technical Skills
Directly optimize the SAP Concur Travel and Expense system to align with organizational objectives while streamlining processes. Complete modifications as necessary to support approved requests.
Apply hands-on experience to customize workflows expense types and policy settings within SAP Concur ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross functional teams travel experts and finance teams to ensure effective integration of the T&E module with other financial systems and ERP solutions namely ECC S4 and other SAP platforms.
Provided timely and effective technical support to users resolving issues and ensuring smooth system operation.
Conduct detailed requirement gathering sessions with key stakeholders and translate these into actionable configurations within the system.
Actively participate in the testing phases identifying and resolving issues to ensure a smooth deployment.
Provide support and continue to optimize the system based on user feedback and evolving business needs.
Create reports data analysis identifying trends and cost-saving opportunities.
Developed and delivered training programs for employees on Concur system usage improving user adoption and efficiency.
Qualification:
Goodknowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture andfunctionality
ITIL 4 Certification
