We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Leadership Development Associate to join our team. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about professional development leadership training and strategic communication. You will work closely with our leadership team to learn key management principles contribute to team performance and drive company initiatives forward.
Responsibilities
Participate in leadership training programs and workshops
Assist in developing team goals and monitoring performance metrics
Collaborate with team leaders on project execution and client solutions
Conduct research and prepare presentations for internal strategy meetings
Support the onboarding and mentoring of new team members
Take initiative on assigned tasks and demonstrate strong decision-making abilities
Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Business Communications Management or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated leadership potential or prior experience in a leadership role
