Job Description
Reboot Staff is seeking a Client Service Associate to join our growing team in New Orleans. This role requires a proactive customer-oriented professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships with clients. You will act as the main point of contact for client inquiries ensure a smooth customer experience and provide administrative support to internal teams.
Responsibilities
Handle client inquiries via phone email and in-person interactions with professionalism and accuracy
Maintain client records and update internal systems with relevant information
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met efficiently
Resolve service issues and escalate matters when necessary
Monitor client satisfaction and provide feedback for continuous improvement
Assist with reporting and documentation of client service activities
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree preferred
1-2 years of experience in customer service administrative support or a related field
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks under pressure
