About the Role

In this role youll manage a portfolio of SMB clients engage in strategic conversations and deliver tailored solutions that align with their evolving needs. Youll be part of a collaborative high-performing team that values creativity customer centricity and continuous learning.
What Youll Do
Engage with SMB customers via phone and digital channels to understand their business needs and recommend HP products services and solutions.
Manage and grow key accounts building long-term relationships and identifying new revenue opportunities.
Lead complex sales cycles including multi-product and integrated solution offerings with a consultative and strategic approach.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing product and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Provide mentorship to junior sales representatives sharing best practices and contributing to team development.
Analyze sales data and trends to refine strategies improve performance and exceed targets.
Stay current on HPs portfolio and industry trends to deliver informed value-driven recommendations.
Balance a mix of farming and hunting sales activitiesnurturing existing accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
Work with acquisition accounts identifying and converting prospects into long-term customers.
Drive growth in both established and emerging markets adapting your approach to meet diverse customer needs.
What You Bring
68 years of experience in inside sales telesales or a related B2B sales role.
Strong background in solution-based selling account management and customer engagement.
Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and digital sales platforms.
Ability to navigate complex sales scenarios and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications (e.g. CISP) are a plus.

Salary: The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is$31.25to$40.85USD per hour with a60%/40%(salary/incentive) mix. Pay varies by work location job-related knowledge skills and experience.
