Brandeis University is delighted to announce a career opportunity as an Associate Director. In collaboration with the Program Director and Sr. Associate Director this person will manage all strategic operational administrative and technical aspects of the newly developed Physicians Foundation physician executive program.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Physician Foundation Program management (40%)
- Oversee the development launch execution and evaluation of a new client engagement with the Physicians Foundation which is expected to be an annual contract. To effectively manage this new program the employee will: manage relationships with all program stakeholders which will include supporting 25 executive physician participants engaging/supporting ten faculty members coordinating guest speaker engagements overseeing vendors/contractors and liaising with the client senior leadership at The Physicians Foundation-Plan and execute administrative program logistics related to in-person residency sessions and online webinar sessions
- Collaborate with Program Director and faculty to develop program design curriculum and course management
- Oversee all program expenditures and manage budget in coordination with Program Director-Evaluate program outcomes participant satisfaction and identify areas for continuous improvement
Manage recruitment admissions and marketing efforts for the EMBA and for our portfolio of non-degree executive education programs (30%)
- Responsible for sourcing attracting and communicating with prospective students and responsible for yielding an annual cohort through the following actions: identify new avenues and maintain current avenues for recruiting new candidates; plan and deliver recruitment events on zoom at venues and conferences; serve as contact for applicants through admissions and on-boarding processes for all communications; provide high-touch service to assist admitted students in navigating all aspects of becoming a registered student
Supervise program staff person who will support Physicians Foundation program logistics (10%)
New Partnership Development (10%)
- Maintain and develop new partnerships with external organizations; promote awareness of extant and new opportunities for educational programming for physician leaders which provide robust revenue sources aligned with the program mission as well as recruitment pipelines for the EMBA program
Provide the EMBA Program and our portfolio of executive education programs with logistics support (10%)
- Partner with other EMBA Program staff to provide continued support to incoming and current students execute in-person residency sessions staff webinar sessions and liaise with school and university staff in other departments.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred
5-8 years work experience
