The Role
As a Director of Media Strategy you will serve as a key strategic lead within the agency partnering with a global athleisure brand to address their business objectives through thoughtful integrated marketing strategy. You will set the strategic vision across paid media channelscovering media mix audience strategy creative strategy and measurementworking closely with channel teams to bring that vision to life while maintaining strong client relationships. You will also serve as a core member of the clients Integrated Agency Team (IAT) collaborating cross-functionally with external agency partners to align and execute on holistic full-funnel marketing plans.
This role is dynamic and combines extreme ownership and autonomous decision-making client-facing and boardroom presence and thoughtful collaborative internal and cross-agency strategic planning to ensure were driving impact and continued growth

The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $115000 - $135000 based on consideration of a wide array of factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set years and depth of experience education and certifications competitive benchmarks scope of responsibility market dynamics geographic location and respective states salary threshold for exempt employees. The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above) and an annual performance bonus.
This role has an associated annual target bonus component which is paid out based on a number of factors which include Company performance department performance and individual performance. Bonuses are not guaranteed and you must be an active employee in good standing and not on a Performance Improvement Plan to be eligible for the annual bonus.
*This position may be performed remotely in within California due to the clients location
