About the Team Lead:
Were looking for a Team Lead/Player Coachto join our team focusing on a leading web browser. This role is a blend of sales activities and leadership. Youll collaborate closely with leadership to ensure team success and overall performance. Youll also be responsible for business development including engaging and qualifying new accounts building strong partnerships with customers sales representatives and partner contacts through phone and email.

What Will You Do:
Successfully drive your team to meet and exceed sales quotas and client expectations.
Utilize data and analytics to monitor and enhance team performance recognizing achievements and identifying areas for individual growth.
Pinpoint best practices and offer recommendations to senior leadership to improve team and program performance and identify potential growth areas.
Drive implementation through technical and sales expertise focusing on newly qualified opportunities and existing accounts with low engagement.
Conduct in-depth product demonstrations tailored to customer needs and challenges.
Assist customers in transitioning from previous software to the new browser.
Facilitate successful adoption of the browser for customers acting as a product expert who can assist businesses of all sizes and backgrounds.
Serve as a product and service advocate for the client building interest and awareness of their value proposition and assessing mutual fit.
Help identify sales trends and customer feedback to improve client products and processes.
Learn and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the clients products and services.
Manage contact information schedules calendaring and communications using CRM tools while optimizing processes.
Other responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
What Will You Need to Succeed:
Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
Experience in account management customer success onboarding and customer resolution for a SaaS product.
Proficiency with CRM tools.
Experience with technical support and troubleshooting for a SaaS product.
Client-facing experience in sales customer support account management marketing or consulting.
Ability to meet assigned quotas while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to develop and foster senior-level relationships with clients.
Ability to take initiative and thrive in a team environment.
Detail-oriented and skilled in analyzing data creating and maintaining spreadsheets.
