Job Description
We are looking for a Software Engineering Lead to join global projects working with modern technologies across front-end and back-end layers. This is a 3 to 12-month contract renewable based on project availability and performance.

As an Engineering Lead youll be a manager of a highly skilled engineering team building amazing digital products for our clients and youll help them achieve their personal and professional goals. Youll also drive the team and our clients to use cutting-edge techniques and processes for software delivery and use your technical prowess to shape the solutions we create. Requirements
- Have professional engineering experience of at least 5 years building digital products and at least 2 years leading a team;
- Have professional engineering experience with Mobile app development technologies (Android IOS or React Native) and/or Web development technologies (React Next Angular Vue Java);
- Have managed a team of software engineers building digital products and been responsible for growing the people on the team through goal-setting coaching and feedback;
- Have familiarity with CI/CD Agile techniques for managing work pairing mobbing and shift-left testing;
- Have owned the delivery of a complete digital product with code that is durable secure scalable and thoroughly tested;
- Can simplify and communicate about complex problems around technology business processes user experience and development tasks;
- Fluent English skills - including written verbal and presentation.
Bonus Points
- Professional experience as a Project or Product Manager and Scrum Master from a major technology consultancy or agency
- Youve guided a client to further their use of modern engineering practices or agile software delivery processes
- Certifications such as CSM CSPO PMP SA SPC etc.
