You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs a Bid Manager within the Europe and Asia (E&A) Business Development team at ICF you will lead and coordinate the full bid lifecyclefrom opportunity assessment and pre-proposal planning to submission and post-bid review. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality compliant and competitive proposals across a wide range of sectors and clients particularly within the European Union (EU).
You will collaborate with internal technical experts pricing analysts legal and procurement teams and external partners to develop compelling proposals that align with client expectations and ICFs strategic goals.
At ICF continuous learning is a priority. All Bid Professionals are APMP-certified and you will have access to a wide range of training resources to support your professional development and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
