Become part of Hempels growing & diverse Marketing team. We are looking for you a Marketing Communication Specialist to drive initiatives in our Marine segment. You will bring value in co-creating and implementing a multifaceted marketing strategy translating intricate customer insights into compelling value propositions and engaging content.
This role will significantly contribute to our global growth strategy with a specific focus on doubling our business. You will be a part of a dedicated and international Marketing Communication team located around the world.

This position is based at our offices in Greece and follows a flexible hybrid work model. You will report directly to our Manager of Marketing Communications Marine and have the exciting opportunity to collaborate with colleagues and extern This role will significantly contribute to our global growth strategy with a specific focus on doubling our business. You will be a part of a dedicated and international Marketing Communication team located around the world. al partners from around the world.
Some of your key tasks include:
- Demonstrating critical thinking by continuously developing customer/collaborator and market insights redefining them into clear value propositions.
- Crafting compelling content that supports our business segment growth strategy and improves engagement on our social media platforms.
- Develop strong cost-efficient global campaigns that give directly to building awareness in target audience and generate quality leads
- Support new product launches through close collaboration with Product Management and Solution Management
What does it take to become our new team member
- Experience in a similar role and proven track record to work independently
- Expertise in building multi-channel campaigns. Familiarity with account-based-marketing is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the capacity to customize messaging for different stakeholders
- Strong project management and communication skills with ability to navigate a complex collaborator landscape and manage deadlines
- Experience from the maritime industry is an advantage
- Minimum a BA or equivalent experience in Marketing or another relevant field
- Fluency in English
