Use the know-how youve gained as an an experienced and highly influential People & Culture Director to lead our Advisory People & Culture business partners. With new problems to solve youll have plenty of opportunities to create change. We work from anywhere so your strong communication skills and team leadership abilities will get a workout. As a leader of the Advisory People & Culture team youll make a real impact in a workplace thats human-led and tech-enabled.

As an expert in your ability in leading through change and will have significant experience designing people strategies across complex organisations youll lead a team by leading the design and delivery of the strategic people plan for Advisory. In our People and Culture Leadership Team youll also:

  • Be a strategic advisor to the Advisory Leadership Team and oversee the execution of all aspects of the people lifecycle and the People Partner Strategy partnering with the Advisory People Partner
  • Develop strong alliances with the Partnership People & Culture Leaders to cohesively lead our people strategies
  • Lead the Advisory Business Partner team to help deliver against the Advisory People Strategy and to support their growth and development
  • Drive the use of digital and social capabilities to influence the way that people work
  • Lead and/or support significant change and transformation programmes aligned to the business strategy
  • Represent PwCs brand and its people and culture practices in the market
  • Coach and mentor leaders and high potential talent
