Regional People Partner (EMEA)
Location: Paris (Hybrid)
Contract: 8-month FTC (7 months possible 1-month extension)
Start: ASAP
We are hiring on behalf of a leading global organisation seeking an experienced Regional People Partner to support HR operations across France Belgium and Spain. This is a dynamic opportunity to join a high-performing HR team and play a key role in shaping people strategies across multiple countries.
As a trusted HR advisor youll lead regional initiatives support employee relations coach managers and drive engagement and cultural programs. Youll also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including payroll mobility benefits and HR operations to ensure consistent and compliant service delivery.
Requirements
Were looking for someone with:
5 years of HR experience in a regional or generalist role
Strong knowledge of French labor law; familiarity with Belgian and Spanish regulations is a plus
Proven experience working with works councils and social relations in France
Fluency in French and English (Spanish is a bonus)
A hands-on solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work independently
