Job Description for TA Banking
- Assigned to a client project for recruitment funneling within banking domain
- Identify fulfillment channels (e.g. agencies career website job boards LinkedIn employee referral)
- Monitor and track candidate status across hiring process
- Analyses the recruitment metrics and SLA to identify root causes interventions and monitor execution/closure of related actions
- Analyses sourcing strategy including the data on sourcing channel effectiveness (i.e. agencies career website C job boards LinkedIn employee referral)
- Analyses agency performance pipeline and support weekly agency cadences C individual tracker maintenance
- Handling internal stakeholders and coordination of profiles
- Employment Pass process and understanding
- Handling of Manual tracker of profiles shared to both vendors and internal stake holders.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree
- 3-5 years experience in recruiting
- Tech experience in Banking
- Open for Malaysian
