Help Property Owners in Crisis and Build a Rewarding Career

Are you a driven sales professional with a background in construction roofing or restoration We re looking for a relationship-focused Business Development Manager to join a growing public adjusting team. This is more than a sales role it s a chance to be a hero for property owners navigating the stress of complex insurance claims. You ll be their trusted advocate guiding them through difficult times and ensuring they get the fair settlement they deserve.


What Youll Do: Your Impact

In this high-impact client-facing role you will own the sales process from start to finish while directly helping clients in the field. Your key contributions will include:

  • Become a Trusted Advisor: Build lasting relationships with property owners contractors and professionals dealing with underpaid or stalled insurance claims.

  • Drive Growth Through Consultative Sales: Master the full sales cycle from consultation to closing educating clients on the value of our services.

  • Be a Key Player in the Field: Represent clients at crucial on-site meetings with insurance adjusters engineers and carrier reps.

  • Document and Scope Losses: Capture photos create property diagrams and contribute to the foundation of internal estimates.

  • Negotiate and Close with Confidence: Address concerns negotiate contracts and meet ambitious sales goals.




Requirements

Who You Are: The Ideal Candidate

  • Experienced Sales Professional: 2 3 years of experience ideally in construction roofing or restoration.

  • Problem-Solver: Organized self-motivated and driven to get the best outcomes for clients.

  • Empathetic Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication; quick to earn trust.

  • Goal-Oriented & Independent: Proven track record of exceeding targets and succeeding in field-based roles.

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM and sales tracking tools.

  • Willing to Learn: Prior insurance claim knowledge is a plus but willingness to learn is essential.

  • Mobile & Flexible: Open to travel across Wisconsin for meetings and site visits.
