We are now looking for a highly motivated In-House Zoho Consultant to join us in our base in Cyprus. You will work closely with the companys founder and Chief Delivery Officer gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge digital solutions and playing a key role in streamlining in-house processes.

Tasks
- Consulting & Analysis: Analyze existing business processes and identify digital optimization opportunities.
- Strategic Planning: Develop tailored digitalization strategies that align with company needs and market trends.
- CRM & Software Implementation: Deploy configure and optimize Zoho solutions and other cloud-based business tools.
- Automation & Integrations: Support automation efforts including workflow customization API integrations and data management.
- Project Management: Plan manage and oversee digital transformation projects ensuring alignment with time and budget constraints.
- Training & Support: Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to colleagues.
Requirements
- Education & Experience: A degree in Business Informatics Computer Science or a related field plus experience in digitalization process consulting or CRM implementation.
- Consulting Mindset: A proactive solution-driven approach with the ability to understand company pain points and guide them through digital change.
- Experience in Full-Stack Development: Prior experience working as a Full-Stack Developer is a strong plus.
- Technical Understanding:
- Experience with Zoho platforms and business automation.
- Experience with building AI Agents is a plus!
- Project Management Experience: Comfortable working with agile or traditional project management approaches.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage with team members at different levels.
- Flexibility & Growth Mindset: Interest in growing with the company and working in a dynamic environment with local and international clients.
