We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Advertising Agent to develop and manage property advertising campaigns that maximize exposure and attract potential buyers or tenants. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of branding copywriting and advertising tactics to drive performance and visibility for our property listings and partners.
Responsibilities
Develop implement and monitor advertising campaigns for property listings
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding
Write persuasive and accurate property descriptions for various advertising platforms
Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet objectives
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor activity
Coordinate with photographers designers and listing agents for content development
Track budgets and ensure all ad campaigns are delivered within allocated costs
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Proven experience in advertising marketing or real estate marketing roles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and creative thinking
Familiarity with advertising tools and campaign analytics
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising Communications or related field preferred
