About the Role
As our Lead Dental Assistant youll be the backbone of our clinical team supporting the doctor mentoring assistants and helping the entire practice run like a well-oiled machine.
Schedule & Office Hours
- Full-Time
- MondayFriday with some Saturdays
- Office Hours: 8:40 AM 5:00 PM

What Youll Do
- Lead and inspire our dental assistant team with confidence and positivity
- Ensure a seamless stress-free visit for every patient
- Assist chairside in a wide range of procedurescrown & bridge fillings oral surgery and more
- Keep everything running smoothlyinventory sterilization OSHA compliance
- Train and mentor team members to maintain a high standard of care
- Collaborate with the front office and hygienists to ensure efficiency and a great team atmosphere
What Were Looking For
- Licensed RDA (Texas or applicable state)
- 2 years of dental assisting experience (lead experience is a huge plus)
- Bilingual (required)
- EFDA certified
- Radiology and CPR certified
- Strong communicator with a positive attitude and leadership skills
- Calm collected and organizedeven in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with dental software (Dentrix Open Dental or Eaglesoft) is a bonus
