Key Responsibilities:
Lead by Example - Perform advanced diagnostics repairs and preventative maintenance on a variety of heavy-duty equipment and vehicles.
Train and Mentor - Share your knowledge and skills by training junior mechanics and enforcing best practices in troubleshooting and repairs.
Quality & Compliance - Ensure all work meets DOT OSHA and company safety standards; assist in maintaining accurate repair documentation.
Support Continuous Improvement - Collaborate with management to improve maintenance processes reduce downtime and boost team performance.
