Job Summary
- Receive and open new claims
- Answer and field telephone calls in a professional and upbeat manner
- Receive and assist with staffing issues daily
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct of the operation
- Liaise and communicate with customers clients vendors
- Receive and handle invoices correspondence
- Collecting receivables on current accounts
- Assist in ensuring margins and performance metrics are met
- Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies
- One on One mentorship
- Full orientation program

- 3-5 years office experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one small or large group situations to customers homeowners and employees in the organization
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems and make prudent decisions
- Strong knowledge of MS Office RMS and Xactimate
- Self-motivated to get results
- Loves working with staff clients and trades
- Effectively schedules ahead while maintaining flexibility
- Thrives under high performance environments
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Is succinct and professional with written communication
