Job Summary

Reports To: Operations Manager

What does a File Manager with Paul Davis do

Receive and open new claims
Answer and field telephone calls in a professional and upbeat manner
Receive and assist with staffing issues daily
Maintain professional appearance and conduct of the operation
Liaise and communicate with customers clients vendors
Receive and handle invoices correspondence
Collecting receivables on current accounts
Assist in ensuring margins and performance metrics are met
Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies

Team Qualifications (Requirements):

3-5 years office experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one small or large group situations to customers homeowners and employees in the organization
Demonstrated ability to solve problems and make prudent decisions
Strong knowledge of MS Office RMS and Xactimate

Compensation: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
