ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Foster student involvement and extra-curricular leadership opportunities to students.
Work with appropriate campus partners to create leadership development opportunities for students organizational leaders and student organization advisors.
Plan and implement programs and services for Campus Activities particularly evening and
weekend programs. This includes a focus on programming for independent students and
alcohol-free events on weekend evenings.
Partner with Fraternity and Sorority Life First Year Experience and other appropriate departments in organization development and leadership trainings for extra-curricular student organizations.
Implement effective accounting contract and credit card procedures that foster financial
responsibility for student organizations.
Implement student organization and campus events software program. Provide training on the use of the platform for student organization leaders.
Work with IT team for coordination of student organization email accounts google drives and other appropriate technologies to aid in student organization development.
Share in the advising of DePauw Student Government with particular focus on the DSG positions that give oversight to recognized student organizations and that make decisions on allocations requests.
Supervision of Campus Activities interns.
Plan and Coordinate the Campus Activities Fair during New Student Orientation
Coordinate the Campus Life Student Organization and UB Living Room physical spaces.
Work with DePauw Student Government in Student Organization Event Registration process
Oversee digital displays and coordinate social media for Campus Activities.
Serve on University Committees as needed.
Complete other duties as assigned by the Director of Student Inolvement.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education & Experience: Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college required; Masters degree (M.A.) or equivalent preferred. Minimum of three years current related experience and/or training required.
Communication/Language: Ability to read and interpret documents. Ability to read analyze and interpret data and reports. Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from students parents or members of the community. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of students staff or other stakeholders.
Math Ability: Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals.
Computer Skills: Basic computer skills and ability to utilize MS Office Applications and Google Applications
