The Opportunity:
The Communications Coordinator supports the strategic goals of the department through hands-on execution of marketing campaigns production of creative content coordination of community engagement activities and operation of the in-house print shop. This position plays a vital role in turning ideas into high-quality materials that promote NCHCs programs and services across digital and print platforms.
The pay range for this role is $61300 - $66750 based on education and experience. This job is a full-time in person position.

What Youll Do:
Content & Creative Development
- Design marketing materials for print and digital use (flyers brochures signage social media graphics).
- Assist with video and photo content creation and editing.
- Write and schedule content for social media email and internal communications.
- Ensure consistency with brand standards across all platforms.
Print & Production
- Operate in-house print shop equipment and produce materials for departments and campaigns.
- Assemble finish and distribute printed pieces; manage print supply inventory.
- Coordinate with external vendors for large or specialty print jobs.
Event & Outreach Support
- Prepare promotional materials and displays for events and internal campaigns.
- Assist with setup takedown and staffing for community and employee events.
- Represent NCHC at public-facing events when needed.
Digital & Administrative Support
- Update website content and support digital engagement efforts.
- Track basic metrics for social media print production and campaign engagement.
- Gather stories photos and testimonials from staff and clients for promotional use.
- Collaborate with the Manager on marketing initiatives and campaign execution.
What You Bring:
Minimum Education and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design Communications Marketing or related field earned at an accredited four-year college or university.
- Four or more years related experience in Communications Marketing or Graphic Design
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Software (InDesign Photoshop and Illustrator) as well as Microsoft Office (Word Excel and PowerPoint) on a Mac or PC Platform.
- Proficient in video-editing software and basic video production and editing
- Must be self-motivated and driven
- Ability to meet deadlines and/or targets
- Ability to initiate creative direction and translate into various forms of communication pieces
- Ability to lead organize and budget various assignments
Driving Requirements:
- Valid Wisconsin drivers license and appropriate auto insurance coverage as required by North Central Health Care.
- Must have the use of a personal vehicle.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in PC and Mac Platforms
- Experience in social media implementation and management
- Experience with video editing promotion and curation of content
