The Account Manager is responsible for growing sales of consumables capital & services leveraging technical support team cross-functional resources and product & application knowledge in our top accounts.
This position reports to the Gulf Coast Sales Manager and is part of the Energy Americas Commercial Organization located in Midland TX and will be working remotely to cover West TX Northwest LA OK and KS.
In this role you will have the opportunity to:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales and orders targets as assigned by Energy management.
Drive business expansion by significantly increasing market share in existing accounts through establishing and nurturing strong relationships with end-users and customer management. Promote all Pall technologies and capabilities including Pall filters coalescers and housings in the Energy markets.
Identify and prioritize high-impact customer capacity expansion opportunities collaborating with sales and strategic teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure successful sales completion
Coordinate with cross-functional teams within Pall (Field Application Specialists Scientific & Laboratory Services Marketing Product Management Inside Sales etc.) to develop and implement effective sales strategies that address customers needs promptly and secure sales opportunities.
Report and communicate all high-value business opportunities solution concepts and strategies to Pall management through SFDC and Energy standard work. Using tools such as account plans while maintaining a strong regular customer presence with multiple daily high-level face-to-face customer interactions
The essential requirements of the job include:
3 years experience in providing products and services to Refinery and Oil & Gas Chemical or General Industrial industries.
In exchange for sales experience we will consider experience as a process/project/maintenance engineer in an Oil & Gas refining or petrochemical facility looking to start a career in technical sales.
Bachelors degree preferred (preferably in mechanical/chemical engineering chemistry biological sciences or technical degree) or equivalent experience considered.
Must reside in the Midland Texas or surrounding area
Travel Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
Ability to travel minimum 50% travel
Ability to lift move or carry equipment up to 50lb.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Filtration and separation product sales
Energy transition solutions
Experience with SFDC or other CRM platform

The salary range for this role is $95000 $125000 USD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
